The fee structure is as follows:
District with 0 - 200 ADM | District with 201 - 600 ADM | District with 601 - 1,200 ADM | District with 1,201 - 5,000 ADM | District with 5,001 - 10,000 ADM | District with 10,000+ |

Other Educational Organization Membership
Other educational organizations which desire institutional membership will pay a fee based on the number of members in the organization.
