Day 2 of LESC in Los Alamos includes a comprehensive report regarding CTE including CTSO impacts. Statistics show that students who complete 2 concentration classes of CTE have a 98% graduation rate.

NMSSA and districts/charters prevail and receive a Preliminary Injunction from District Court that halts PED Rule 6.10.5 NMAC (180 day rule). The order, in part, states: Defendants are restrained and enjoined from implementing or enforcing New Rule 6.10.5 NMAC; Defendants shall not reject school calendars and budgets complying with NMSA 1978 Section 22-2-8.1 even if they do not comply with the 180 day requirement.
